Accommodations Reservations


SPONTANEOUS GETAWAYS: Spontaneity is the spice of life! No reservation needed. Just give us a call to make sure we can
accommodate you! 828.398.0968. Please see our Rates page.

Reservations: Please make reservations at least 10 days in advance of arrival. Sites fill up quickly so if your plans cannot
accommodate this 10 day timeframe, please give us a call for site availability. Payment for your stay will be accepted in the form
of cash or credit card and you are responsible to pay for the whole number of days you reserve- used or not used.

Check-in: 4 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Check-out: 9:30am - 12 noon

check-in arrangements after 8:00 p.m.

info@our100acrewoods.com. In your message,
please leave your name, address & contact
number, the requested dates for check-in and
check-out, number of adults and the number of
children, the site you prefer with an alternate
( please click here for the Site Map). We answer all
E-mails promptly. If you do not receive a return call
or E-mail by the next day, please resend your E-mail
or give us a call.

All holiday and weeked reservations must be paid
in full when reserved and are nonrefundable.


Deposits


For a non weekend, non-holiday reservation, we ask that a 50% deposit for
the campsite(s) be made and received within 2 days of making the
reservation. Confirmation and deposit request will be sent to you via
email. PayPal and credit cards will be accepted. The balance is due at
check-in either in cash or credit card.
Please understand, we will not be able to hold your campsite if the
deposit is not received in the 2 days of the reservation confirmation
Credit Card Information will be held until departure date for
inceditentals, such as cleaning fees, additional fire wood or
damaged / missing campsite items / equiptment. (See Property
Policies)

Activity and Meal Packages
Guest Visitors

For the safety of our guests and our critter friends on the property, we
must be aware of who is on the property. All persons visiting Guests
must register with the host family, the Millsaps, at the main house.
Unregistered visitors will be asked to leave the property.

Date Changes

Should you need to change the dates of your stay, we will do our best
to accommodate your needs if there is availability – a $10 service fee
will be applied if your request comes in later than 7 days prior to your
arrival.

Cancellations / No Shows

Cancellations must be made within 7 days of the reservation date for a
refund of your deposit (minus a $5 service fee). No Refunds will be given for
cancellations received after 7 days of the reservation date; or for no shows
or holiday reservations. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Campers / Guest and Visitors assume
responsibility for themselves, their family, guests
and property. Neither the 100 Acre Woods nor its
hosts are responsible or liable for any damage or
injury by or to any camper, their family, guest, or
property.

Rates for Camping and Amenities through our
Concierge Service and rates are subject to change
without notice and are subject to availabilty. Please
call to confirm. Rates do not include sales tax.
