The property is artificially illuminated in public areas only (by timer and motion sensor operated lights). Please be sure to bring flashlights and batteries! |
We can custom build activity packages to accommodate varied interests. Check out the Activity Packages available on the Activities page. |
Preparing for your Visit |
Packing for a visit to our 100 Acre Woods can be as simple as throwing your gear into your car. We will gladly have meal kits here awaiting your arrival. Included in your daily rate is a bundle of wood and should you need more we can make that available. |
Remember |
At elevations of more than 2,000 feet, dressing in layers is suggested all year round in order to be comfortable in cool mornings and warm days. A flashlight is highly recommended. To keep the effects of artificial light down, we have illumination in public areas only. Access to all campsites are Walk-in / Pack-in (on the 600 yard trail) from the parking area. Campers are responsible for transporting gear to campsites. |
Property Policies Since we have the benefit of being on over 100 acres, we make it part of our Mission to leave as little a trace of our presence as possible. In efforts to ensure our guests have a pleasant visit, we ask that all guests adhere to the following rules. Guests not adhering to the following may be asked to leave our 100 Acre Woods immediately, with no refund for unused nights or services. |
Camp Sites Each Campsite accommodates 1 tent for 4 persons maximum (additional guest charge will apply for each additional guest per rates online). Camping outside of the designated campsite area is not allowed. Each Site is equipped with: 1 fire ring / grill, 1 Picnic table and one fire-water bucket which are not to be moved from assigned location and will be inventoried at the end of each stay. Please be advised that missing or damaged campsite items will be charged as an incidental item to be run on the credit card on hold per your reservation. A phone call will be placed to notify you of the transaction; a message will be left if there is no answer. Guests™ Visitors Our 100 Acre Woods are for registered guests only, unless arrangements are made in advance. Guests are responsible for their visitors activities and behavior. Guest visitors may not stay overnight unless they book and pay for an independent campsite. Visitors must depart the property by 9 pm. |
Activity Packages Available |
Guest Commons Area The living area and meeting place of our campground, the Common Area, is a place for bonfire conversations and wi-fi access. We ask that all who join us there remember to show common respect for all. Within walking distance is the washing station and the toilet facility. |
Parking Our woods are made of mostly wooded, mountain terrain. Parking is available in designated areas only. Vehicles will not have access onto the trail that leads to the campsites. Please consult our TextSite mapPOST for campsite locations. Access to all campsites are Walk-in / Pack-in (on the 600 yard trail) from the parking area. Campers are responsible for transporting gear to campsites. Guests are allowed 1 vehicle per campsite unit (4 people). Special arrangements may be possible for larger groups. |
Speed Limit Our Woods™ access road is a small mountain gravel road. The speed limit is SLOW in order to protect other guests and wildlife that you may encounter. The size and nature of the camp area access road may make it difficult for a 2-wheel vehicle to drive-in. A 4-wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle is advisable |
Lights down - Quiet Time Please respect the need for quiet from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. 7 days a week. Behavior that is considered excessively loud (by our discretion) will not be accepted and may be grounds for eviction from the property. |
